It comes as standard with dishwasher-proof TriLax non-stick coating and is fully reversible with a flat side for cooking pizza and ribbed side for grilling steaks, vegetables or fish. Its excellent thermal conductivity allows you to serve pizzas like a professional whilst its innovative coating aids against browning.
