The iMettos Deep Fat Fryer (EF-132) is a compact powerful fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (36 kg/hr fresh output) it can take a 20 fish fillet or sausage. If you would like to have a smaller chip fryer use the EF-132 for frying foods with a strong flavour.eg garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.
