The heavy-duty double contact grill from Fama features cast iron plates with an exceptionally hard wearing ceramic coating which is integrated into the iron itself for a longer life. As well as improved thermal conductivity this makes cleaning as simple as wiping away any residue. Dual temperature controls allow for products to be cooked at different temperatures on the left and right sides of the grill. Counter-balanced upper plates and the choice of ribbed or smooth surfaces ensure that food is cooked to perfection every time.
